Updating an Account

All business users should be registered to the SAM.gov UEI and CAGE code for the company that will be prime for the proposal or with the Symphony-managed contract. 

1. If an email address changes, complete a new registration (see the links above). 
   • Administrators can then delete the retired email address (See Administration Basics).
2. If making organization changes, Submit a Ticket with the email address and the correct UEI and CAGE code or FPDS code. We will update a registration for the Contract Vehicle for activation and other permissions.
   • We can move or revoke the account. 
   • We can update the account owner details (i.e. name, phone number, etc).

Changing an Organization

An email address can only be associated with one organization per Contract Vehicle.

• Contact us with the email address, provide the correct UEI/Cage code or FPDS code for registration, and we can move or revoke the account. 
• Access to multiple companies cannot be achieved with a single login.

Working with Multiple Companies

Users registering for multiple companies on a Symphony website must have a unique email address for each company, and should not use a group email address. 

• Security requirements dictate that all users must register and set up their preferred method of Multi-factor Authentication.
