Business Factors are additional assets claimed for the Prime entity and Symphony automatically adds them to a proposal. Delete Business Factors from Company Assets in Symphony by following these steps:
1. Go to Business Factors
- Navigate to My Company and select the Business Factors tab for the Prime or the Team Member (See Figure 1).
- Business factors claimed incorrectly require removing the claim (using the unclaim button) and deleting the documents that do not apply (See Figure 2).
- Use the close button to keep the Business factor unclaimed. Note: Business factors in submitted proposals cannot be unclaimed. The changes only appear in unsubmitted proposals.
