Complete these steps to edit Business Factors in the Company Assets in Symphony:
1. Go to Business Factors
- Navigate to My Company and select the Business Factors tab for the Prime Entity or the Team Member.
- Remove the claim to make changes (See Figure 1). The Unclaim button is designed to unlock the factor for document changes and answers to the additional questions.
- When finished, check the box to re-certify the claim and save the changes.

- Use the close button to keep a Business Factor unclaimed.
- Updating Business Factors after submission will not affect a submitted proposal (See Clarifications).
