To update Business Factors within Company Assets in Symphony, follow these steps:
1. Go to Business Factors
Navigate to My Company and select the Business Factors tab associated with either the Prime Entity or Team Member.
2. Unclaim the Business Factor
Select the Unclaim button to unlock the Business Factor, enabling updates to documents and responses to additional questions (see Figure 1).
3. Make Changes
- If the Business Factor requires additional details, provide this information using the dropdown menu(s) or entry field(s).
- Scroll past the file upload area to view documents and delete them.
- Use the file upload area to add new documents.
4. Re-certify and Save Changes OR Keep Business Factors Unclaimed
After making the necessary edits, check the box to re-certify the claim and save the changes. You must claim the Business Factor again to add it back into the submission.
OR
Use the Close button to leave a Business Factor unclaimed. Uploaded documents will be saved.

Note: Updating Business Factors after submission will not affect a submitted proposal (see Clarifications).
