To successfully add Business Factors to Company Assets in Symphony, complete these steps:
1. Start in My Company
Business Factors are Systems, Industry Certifications, Clearances, Human Resources information, Financial Documents, and Other Documents relevant to the company assets. Business Factors belonging to the primary company appear as claimed or unclaimed in the Company Overview (See Figure 1).
The table below defines the circle shading on the Company Overview. (See Table 1)
No Shading | The factor has not been claimed. |
Full Shading | The Organization submitting the proposal is claiming the factor. |
Half Shading | Half shading is only shown on the Proposal Overview screen if an added Team Member claims a business factor that the Prime organization does not claim (See Using Symphony for Proposal Intake). |
Table 1.
2. Select the Business Factors Tab
These Business Factors are additional assets claimed for the Prime entity and Symphony automatically adds them to a proposal.
- The Prime Company can claim business factors from MRCLs for some solicitations.
- Team Members' Business Factors appear in their section (See Team Members).
