How do I verify we are receiving notifications?
Administrators and Open Market Proposal Managers will receive notifications from Symphony regarding Open Market Proposals.
- The program office may also send notifications outside Symphony, but may use the Contract manager and Program Manager role (see Managing the Proposal Contacts).
- Keep the program office and Symphony up-to-date (see Administration Basics).
How do I change the Contract Manager role?
Key personnel (POC) assignments, such as the Contract Manager and Program Manager are allowed before proposal submission or after an award is loaded to Symphony in the contract management section. These roles cannot be updated in the Administration link. They are assigned in a proposal or contract, and users can only select from a company's registered users in Symphony.
Can the program office see the documents I post after submission?
No, the program office team will only see submitted proposals after the deadline, and no changes to the submission are allowed.
- After the deadline, users can make changes within My Company without affecting a proposal.
- Only Clarification responses are allowed after the deadline and they are kept separate from the original offer once initiated by the program office (see Inquiry Management).
How do I withdraw an offer?
Contact the program office directly at the email address listed in the RFP.
How do I see what was included in my submission?
Use the View Submission link on the Dashboard to access the Proposal Details after submission (see Viewing a Submitted Proposal).
How do I replace the COCM and COPM after an Apparent Awardee notification?
Users can only update the COCM and COPM by following the guidance in Contract Holder Tasks after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and contract is loaded in Symphony. Until then, use the Contract Manager/Program Manager and administrator role in Administration. Administrators will receive all notifications sent from Symphony when configured.
