Please follow these instructions about password resets in Symphony.


Step 1. Click Forgot Password

Step 2. Enter your Email Address

Step 3. Use the Reset Password link

Step 4. Change your Password

 

1. Click Forgot Password

If Authentication Failed when you entered your password at the right website for the contract vehicle, use Forgot Password to troubleshoot the issue with your registered account. 

 

2. Enter your Email Address

Symphony will send a temporary password and reset link to the email address you entered if your account exists.

  • Make sure you’re at the right website.
  • Make sure the email address is correct.
  • Check your Spam or Trash folders.

 Password reset request

You can't reset your password if you don't have an account on the Symphony website. Follow the email's instructions if your account exists. 

  • If you cannot locate an email, please try to register again. 

 

4. Change your Password

Passwords must meet these requirements. 

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character
