Click the Orders link when an order is in Released status to view the order details. Details include the following screens:
Summary
The Summary screen gives an overview of the Order Opportunity.
Amendments
Find Amendments on this screen. Select View Details to see the changes. Program Officers can Approve or Request Clarification.
Response Monitoring
Use the Response Monitoring tab to do the following activities:
- View Organizations submitted proposals.
- View "No Bid" Organizations.
Documents
Find and download additional order information in the document library.
History
View the history, status, and comments for an Order.
Approve
Depending on the Symphony configuration, Approve an Order or Request Clarification when orders are submitted. A request for clarification requires comments.
Cancel Order
You can cancel an order at any time but please provide a reason.
