  1. Start in My Company.

Symphony will direct evaluators to the comments in your documents that match the Symphony Tag Legend when they review your project details.

You can add more tags of your choosing for your proposals. These tags are considered unique to solicitations and they are at your discretion.

2. Activate the Comment and Markup Tools

Many different versions of PDF Software are acceptable.

  • You can use any method to add comments to your document and meet the solicitation requirements (See Figure 2).
  • Adobe features like Tags, Bookmarks, and Portfolio files are not recommended and may not work for evaluation.

3. Tag your Evidence

The Symphony Tag Legend only applies to the project details in your Company assets because these are reusable (See Figure 3). Symphony will direct the evaluators to the exact location(s) in your document(s) with the tag you use.

  • You do not have to use all the Symphony tags. You can use more.
  • The recommended tags are optional and do not apply to all Solicitation(s).
  • Use the solicitation as a guide to the project details to cite.

Symphony supports adding text before or after the comment (tag) in your supporting documents.
For example "POP start" and "POP end" (See Figure 4).
Evaluators will search for POP and find both occurrences in one or more selected reference document(s).
