Symphony sends notifications to Contract Holders who complete these steps.
- Sign in to Symphony and use the My Company link in the top menu.
- Select the Contracts tab in the left menu.
- Select the Contract Number needing an update.
- Select the Points of Contact tab on the left menu.
- Enter the Distribution Email address for the company in the space Symphony provides.
- Notifications should go to a company email address.
- Individual accounts may result in missing notifications.
- Companies can manage the users on the distribution email within their own company.
- Enter the validation code that confirms the distribution email works (See Figure 1).
- Symphony sends notifications to one distribution email address for Solicitations, Amendments, Orders, and Award Announcements when released/posted per Contract Award.
- Companies with multiple contracts must have a distribution email for each contract.

Note: Check junk/spam folders and that the distribution email works outside of Symphony if the validation code is not received.
